Mandi Ragsdale, PHR, SHRM-CP is a dedicated Human Resources professional with more than 15 years of experience in HR compliance, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations. She has supported organizations across multiple industries by providing thoughtful guidance, navigating complex HR challenges, and helping leaders build compliant, people-centered workplaces. Her background includes HR roles in the nonprofit sector as well as account management within the group benefits industry.

Mandi currently serves as an HR Consultant with Information Solutions Team, where she partners with organizations to strengthen HR practices, support compliance efforts, and align people strategies with business goals.

She is deeply engaged in the SHRM community and proudly serves as the 2026 Chapter President for NOARK. In this role, she is committed to elevating the HR profession, fostering meaningful connections, and supporting HR practitioners across Northwest Arkansas.

Sheila Moss is the founder of Information Solutions Team and a nationally recognized expert in employment eligibility compliance and human resources. With decades of experience supporting public and private organizations, she has advised leaders across multiple sectors on compliance, workforce practices, and organizational effectiveness. Her work includes a strong focus on behavioral dynamics—how individuals and teams communicate, navigate conflict, and work effectively together—bringing a practical behavioral lens to governance and organizational decision-making.

Maureen Brown, SHRM-SCP

Maureen Brown has more than 20 years of experience in people management, organizational development, and risk management. She serves as Vice President of People Experience at TRS Healthcare, a Northwest Arkansas–based healthcare staffing agency, where she leads all end-to-end HR functions, including performance management, multi-state payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and training. A trusted strategic partner to the executive team, Maureen supports organizational growth while fostering a positive, values-driven culture.

Her expertise includes risk management, safety administration, OSHA compliance, and oversight of commercial insurance for multi-state staffing operations. She has maintained compliance across 45 states and ensured adherence to Joint Commission accreditation standards for more than two decades. Maureen is SHRM-CP certified, a certified DISC Behavior Insights Instructor, a Public Notary, and an active member of SHRM and NOARK. She was featured in the American Staffing Association’s Staffing Success magazine in July 2023 for her work in engaging remote employees during onboarding and is passionate about advancing the HR profession across Arkansas.

Zach Robinson is an Arkansas native who brings over 10 years of education experience to his role as Executive Administrator and Special Projects Manager at Graduate Arkansas Charter High School. Combining his MBA and accounting degree with eight years of student development work, he approaches leadership through data-driven decision-making to transform workplace dynamics and strengthen organizational health. He is passionate about creating growth-oriented environments that adapt to the evolving workforce.

Zach has a passion for supporting NOARK's HR community through his business expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Northwest Arkansas with his wife, spending time with family, and giving back to his community through his faith-driven commitment to helping others succeed.
